CrossFit 1889 offers a one-on-one introductory training program called On-Ramp for prospective CrossFit members. During this program you will meet several times with one of our highly qualified CrossFit Coaches who will guide you through many aspects of CrossFit including how to safely perform many of the basic CrossFit movements, movement standards, points of performance, the language of CrossFit, nutrition recommendations, etc. During On-Ramp your coach will even attend classes with you with the sole purpose of ensuring you can safely and comfortably tackle classes on your own.

How to become a member of CrossFit 1889
- Complete Waiver.
- Complete the scheduled On-Ramp classes. These classes are offered on an as-needed basis and typically run across four one-hour sessions.
- Continue as a member of CrossFit 1889 and enjoy the benefits of experienced coaches helping you reach your health and fitness goals.
