“ON-RAMP” – Everyone new to CrossFit must go through On-Ramp prior to beginning CrossFit classes!
On-Ramp consists of 4 workout sessions designed introduce you to basic movements and skill development. You will work on technique and mechanics first, then intensity. This will help ensure your safety and success at the next level. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes.
It is important that you are here for each of the 4 sessions as these movements build on one another. There will be a workout at the end of each session. If you miss a session, you will need to make up the specific class that was missed. Once you have successfully completed On-Ramp, you will transition to CrossFit group classes.
